Jodi is originally from Buffalo New York. Early on she recognized her love of singing and the stage and in 1999 completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Musical Theatre.
She worked as a professional singer/actress from 2002-2008, in Denver, New York, and Cleveland. Aerobic, yoga, and weight training were always a permanent fixture in her life, but never did movement make
the most sense to her than when she began mastering the art of the classical Pilates mat work. She studied under Balanced Body's Master Instructor and 2nd generation
teacher Troy McCarty, owner of Cleveland's renowned White Cloud Studios.
At the end of 2007 Jodi became certified and helped develop a full reformer studio at the Jewish Community Center of Cleveland, which is now a thriving Pilates studio.
However, with the mountains calling her, Jodi said good-bye to her beloved clients of Cleveland and relocated back to Denver in late 2010.
She enjoys her new active clients in the Rocky Mountain region, working with all varieties of bodies.
Through her own practice of the method and working with 1st and 2nd generation teachers, she has opened up a world of strength and length for both herself as well as her students.
Jodi is certified with the Pilates Method Alliance.

Colleen is born and raised from Cleveland Ohio where she still lives today.
She's always loved being active and can recall back to the age of 16 where her love grew for health and fitness
through dance and cheer leading which then lead her to Pilates. Colleen has been practicing Pilates for 10 years.
She was injured in two car accidents less than one year apart leaving her with a neck and back injury to work through.
Giving gratitude for her Pilates and yoga practice she was able to use more of a holistic healing and recovery method
to recover quickly. Even her doctor was amazed at her strength, health, and quick recovery process.
After her recovery she became a certified in Pilates, Yoga, Reiki, and Thai massage. She's been teaching Pilates and
Yoga for four years in her local area. "Can life get any better than this"!
Colleen says as she expresses gratitude to share what she is most passionate about with others.
"My highest aim in life is to help others find ways to enhance the quality of their life and to love life, embrace it,
live like you've never lived before through health, peace, happiness and strength".
